~Smoothie Central~

This smoothie is my go-to.  Usually it is for breakfast, but often times I will have it for a quick lunch or dinner.  Easy to throw together and packed with goodness and nutrition, this smoothie will fill you up in no time.

I usually just throw these ingredients into the blender, never using measuring cups.  Below are my best guess estimates for actual measurements.

{Green Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie}

3/4 c  unsweetened almond milk

1  banana, frozen

2 T  PB2 (or natural peanut butter)

1 T ground flax seed

1 T hemp protein powder

1/2 t cinnamon

1/2 scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood powder

large handful of organic spinach

ice cubes
