During the summer, I make this drink at least once a week. This version is much healthier than the one you might buy at your local coffee shop. It is dairy free, contains no high fructose corn syrup, is easy to blend up, and is delish!
1 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
3 t instant coffee powder
3-4 t agave nectar, to taste
2 c ice
Blend all ingredients on high for 1-2 minutes. Adjust the coffee, chocolate, and agave to your taste. This makes two 8-10 ounce servings.
