Gameday {Fresh Salsa}

College football has arrived!  This fresh salsa is perfect for game day festivties….or any day festivities!

{Fresh Salsa}

6-7 large vine ripe tomatoes

5-6 jalepeno peppers

1 serrano pepper

1/3 red bell pepper

1 clove of garlic

few slices of red onion

1 lime, juiced

1 bunch of cilantro

1-2 t sea salt

——

Cut the tomatoes in half, and sqeeze all the juice and seeds out.  Slice the peppers open to remove all the seeds.  Toss the tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onion slices, lime juice, and half of the cilantro into a food processor.

Not really sure why my garlic looks like butter in this picture, but I am just going to go with it.  Pulse until everything is chopped up nicely.  Add 1-2 teaspons of salt to taste and the remaining cilantro.  Pulse again until cilantro is just chopped so you can still see some of the leaves.
