Not to Bragg {Sesame Seed Broccoli}

Sesame Seed Broccoli 2

When I was growing up, my mom cooked broccoli for herself for dinner.  She would steam it back then, and I always hated how it made the house smell.  At the time, I thought she must be super old to only eat veggies for dinner.  Fast forward a couple of decades, I now have a mini-food blog…and I am posting 1) about broccoli and 2) about how I ate it for dinner…by itself.  Conclusion…I am getting old!

I seasoned the broccoli with Bragg Liquid Aminos, which is made from non-GMO soy beans and tastes salty like soy sauce, and sesame seeds.  You can read more about liquid aminos here.

{Sesame Seed Broccoli}

3-4 cups fresh broccoli, chopped

1 t sesame seeds

2 t Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

——–

Saute broccoli on high for 6 minutes, or until hot throughout.  I like my broccoli with burnt edges, so I cook mine a bit longer.  Add the Bragg liquid aminos.  Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

Kenz took one sniff, but she isn’t old enough yet to like broccoli!  Sweet pup!
