Sweet Tooth {Edamame and Berries}

Anyone can throw together this simple snack.  I realize that it is not a super creative recipe, but given I am sharing many of the foods I am eating during 30 for 30, I decided to share this too!  My tolerance for things sweet has definitely changed.  The pineapple in this recipe tasted like the sweetest thing I have ever tasted.  No more white sugar for me!  What I like about this snack is how the protein packed dull bland flavor of the edamame balances out the sweetness in the fruit.

{Edamame and Berries}

4-5 strawberries, chopped

1/2 cup fresh pineapple, chopped

1/2 c fresh edamame

1/2 c blueberries

1/2 c raspberries

——-

Chopped everything up and toss!
